Once we receive your order, our talented team will begin designing your candle. This process typically takes 2-5 business days. After the design is complete, we’ll ship your candle via USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 1-3 business days for delivery. In total, you can expect to receive your candle within 3-8 business days.

Due to the unique nature of our personalized candles, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or an error on our part. However, if you receive a personalized candle or any product with a defect or mistake, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly assist in resolving the issue.
