Within 1-2 business days of your purchase, our dedicated team will send you an image of your personalized candle, giving you an initial glimpse of the design. After receiving the image, you’ll have a 2-day window to review the design and request any changes or adjustments. Your confirmation during this time is crucial to proceed with the personalization process. If we don’t receive confirmation by the end of the 2nd day, we’ll consider the design confirmed and proceed. The confirmation email will include a deadline date and time for clarity. Once confirmed, our talented artists will begin creating your personalized candle. This process typically takes 2-5 business days. After personalization, your candle will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 1-3 business days for delivery. In total, you can expect to receive your personalized candle within 4-12 business days. We understand the significance of your candle and strive to provide a seamless experience, ensuring it arrives with care. If you have any questions, our customer service team is here to assist you.

Once we receive your order, our talented team will begin designing your candle. This process typically takes 2-5 business days. After the design is complete, we’ll ship your candle via USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 1-3 business days for delivery. In total, you can expect to receive your candle within 3-8 business days. We take pride in ensuring that your candle is crafted and delivered with care. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Due to the unique nature of our personalized candles, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or an error on our part. However, if you receive a personalized candle or any product with a defect or mistake, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly assist in resolving the issue.

For personalized candles, you have a 2-day confirmation window to review the design and make any necessary changes. During this time, you may cancel your order by contacting our customer service team. Once the 2-day confirmation window has ended and you’ve confirmed the design, cancellations are no longer possible. For non-personalized candles, cancellations are allowed only if the items have not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
